What is Punch-Up Piri Piri Dry Rub?

Punch-Up Piri Piri is our African Portuguese inspired BBQ seasoning, built for proper flavour and flexibility. It is sold as a dry rub, but works just as well as a wet marinade when you mix it with oil. The blend is based around chilli, paprika, herbs and garlic, and is designed to give you that classic piri piri chicken style finish at home.

Punch-Up Piri Piri sits towards the hotter end of our rub range. It is hotter than a gentle garlic herb style rub, but milder than our very hottest sauces. - Can I use it in the oven, not just on the BBQ?
Yes. You can use Punch-Up Piri Piri on food cooked in the oven, under the grill, in a pan or in an air fryer, as well as on a traditional BBQ.
