What is No way? Molé! – Mexican Sauce?

No way? Molé! is our take on a much loved Mexican mole sauce. It is a savoury chocolate and chilli sauce made without the traditional nuts or seeds, but with plenty of cocoa and the chilli hit you would expect from us.
It is designed as a pourable cooking and finishing sauce for nachos, quesadillas, tacos, enchiladas, roasted vegetables and rich slow cooked dishes.

Everyday ways to use
- Stir through cooked rice, beans or pulled meat for a quick mole style bowl

- How chocolatey is it?
It is a savoury sauce first and foremost. You will taste cocoa and warm spices, but it is not a dessert style chocolate sauce. Think rich, smoky and complex rather than sweet. - How hot is it
It is high medium hot. The Naga chilli gives a kick, especially if you use a generous amount or eat it neat.
