What is Charlic – Chilli Garlic Pickle?

Charlic is our interpretation of a traditional Indian style chilli and garlic pickle, made with Bumblebee Cottage home grown, hand picked chillies and generous pieces of garlic. It is designed to bring bold, savoury flavour to poppadoms, curries and Indian style platters without being overpowering. It combines whole garlic cloves and smaller chopped pieces for extra texture, with a gentle Bumblebee Cottage chilli after burn.
