This Ultimate Combo Box isn’t just about our Sauces, though they do play a BIG part in this offering. There are 9 sauces in this box alone but they all originate from the same Chillies grown in the same place, here in North Cornwall.

We do not use ANY pesticides or nasty chemicals on our Chilli plants. This means we lose more than our fair share of crop to pests like slugs and the suchlike, but it’s a price we’re willing to pay. By working with nature and letting the pests have some of our crop, we still get to harvest the majority without putting nasty things into the food chain.

We also pick every Chilli ourselves by hand. This normally starts in September but in some unusual years like the 2025 season for example, we can start as early as July. And mid harvest, we can reap several kilos of Chillies in a single week. Each Chilli is hand checked for pest damage and any ruined Chillies discarded.
