We took our favourite Indian Pickle and re-imagined it using our own home grown Chillies, hand picked by ourselves. This pickle is, as you’d expect, very much a traditional style lime pickle that you’d find served with Poppadoms in restaurants, but with a bit of a kick! Chunky wedges of lime provide texture and sharpness.
