Bumblebee Cottage Hall of Flame BBQ Sauce is more than just a relish. It’s lovingly made, like all of our sauces, in Cornwall using our own Chillies grown in our Polytunnel here at the Cottage.

But perhaps the USP for this sauce, is the fact it also contains Whisky from our local Cornish Distillery – the Wrecking Coast.

The taste profile was arduously designed, and redesigned, and redesigned again to give a slight Cornish twist on a traditional Louisiana style BBQ sauce. Ours has a slight hint of chilli and a smoky undertone as well.

Perfect for all meats after grilling, or just before you remove from the flame if you want a little caramelisation, but also burgers, hot dogs and wings too!
