3 x Delabole Trilogy Chilli Sauce Box

Our first 3 ever commercially available Chilli Sauces are all part of our ‘Delabole Trilogy’ range of hot sauces.

So called, and named because each of the 3 sauces uses Chillies which were hand picked from our very own polytunnel here in the village.

We’ve tried to cater for a wide a range of food enthusiasts as possible, though there’s no getting away from the fact that our chillies which go into the bottles are all pretty hot! That said, we have created an Indian Style sauce which is lovely as a dip with poppadoms and a Spanish style sauce which is great for flavouring cooked meats, chicken and prawns etc (both at 3/5 in our heat range).

But, our mother of all sauces, if you like hot, or like a challenge, is our Fiyah in D’bole…a 5/5 rated sauce designed to put hairs on your chest! This sauce isn’t for the feint hearted, though when used sparingly, does add flavour and a milder dose of heat.

The trilogy come in a snazzy compostable box and have been made in small batches.
