Description
A year after launching our initial ‘Trilogy’ of Delabole Chilli Sauces, we decided we’d launch two more (in addition to the 4 BBQ sauces we’d since launched as well). Like the 3 sauces that preceded them, the 2 newer sauces have been named with a ‘Delabole’ (where we are based and where we grow the Chillies) named theme.
This sauce is also inspired by our love of Japan, and especially Japanese food and the sauce name ‘Derabōru’ is actually Japanese for ‘Delabole (or so we’re told!) The flavour profile of this one is spicy (it sits at around 4/5 in our spicy range) with both smokey Naga Chilli and citrus Yuzu flavours. You’ll get the taste of the Chilli first, and then the citrus.
The sauce is once again made from Chillies grown here at the cottage, produced in Cornwall, hand filled, hand labeled and contains REAL Yuzu!
Delicious on anything where you’d like some heat – on burgers, meats, even on salads (or mix with some olive oil for a really nice salad dressing). Vegan friendly.
