A year after launching our initial ‘Trilogy’ of Delabole Chilli Sauces, we decided to add another (in addition to the 4 BBQ sauces we’d since launched as well). Like the 3 sauces that preceded it, this new sauce has been named with a ‘Delabole’ (where we are based and where we grow the Chillies) theme.

This sauce is also inspired by our love and connection with Greece, where our sister-in-law hails from (Victoria). Victoria, and Bumblebee Cottage co-owner/founder Russell’s brother (Simon) are known as the ‘BombaHogg’s’ and this bottle carries their very own logo mention (yep, don’t ask). The flavour profile of this one is mild (it sits at around 2/5 in our spicy range) and is made using our very pale yellow/white, specially grown ‘Wraith’ Chilli (along with other ingredients). This gives the sauce it’s unusual yellow colouring. But also contained within this sauce, is dried Oregano, sourced, and brought back from Athens by the BombaHogg’s themselves.

The sauce is once again made from Chillies grown here at the cottage, it’s lovingly produced in Cornwall, hand filled, hand labeled and contains Greek Oregano, Cucumber, Olive Oil and other lovely ingredients.

Delicious in souvlaki, on kebabs, in salads and also on meats if you don’t like the usual really spicy condiments! Vegan friendly.
