Braai is a South African derived seasoning that loosely translates as meaning ‘BBQ’. And indeed, this wonderfully tasty rub is absolutely crying out to be used on your favourite meats at the family BBQ. Just think of who you can impress with your seasoning of foods!
Like Jerk and other dry rubs, you simply massage this powder into your food, but unlike Jerk which is really best with Chicken, Pork or Fish, Braai is wonderful with other meats too.
