Each of these 5 Sauces are so called with a ‘Delabole’ (where we are based and where we grow the Chillies) named theme. Each of the 5 sauces uses Chillies which were hand picked from our very own polytunnel here in the village.

We’ve tried to cater for a wide a range of food enthusiasts as possible, though there’s no getting away from the fact that our chillies which go into the bottles are all pretty hot, apart from perhaps those in the Delziki Greek sauce (2/5 on the Chilli scale)! That said, our Indian Style sauce is also lovely as a dip with poppadoms and our Spanish style sauce which is great for flavouring cooked meats, chicken and prawns etc (both at 3/5 in our heat range). The next hottest is our Derabōru Naga Chilli Sauce (4/5) which is both spicy and tasting of citrus at the same time.

But, our mother of all sauces, if you like hot, or like a challenge, is our Fiyah in D’bole…a 5/5 rated sauce designed to put hairs on your chest! This sauce isn’t for the feint hearted, though when used sparingly, does add flavour and a milder dose of heat.
