COOKING OVER FIRE COURSES
1/ Stay over in a luxury glamping bell tent in our orchard just a mile off the North Cornish coast and have full exclusive use of our wood fired hot tub and access to our outdoor kitchen where there is a small fridge, kettle and an electric point for charging phones etc. The tent will be pre-erected and will include all you need for a luxurious stay including a comfortable bed, fresh duvet and pillows, towels, lighting and home from home comforts and furnishings.
You’ll stay for 2 nights with one day being a free day for you to explore the area. The 2nd day (days order to be dictated by weather conditions at the time) will be an on-site cookery course for up to 2 people ONLY and you’ll cook your own evening dinner, outdoors, under our supervision. You’ll also be taught how to smoke certain foods on a slow smoke using wood pellets in the Kamado, how to make delicious home-made wood fired pizzas, how to use a counter top Japanese Konro grill and also a Tandoor oven.
Cost for 1 or 2 x people (sorry, no pets or kids) from just £449 (for both, not each) for Sunday – Thursday evening stays and from £549 for Friday – Sunday evening stays.
2/ Course day only. You’ll turn up just for the onsite course and we’ll provide free parking. The course shall be exactly the same itself as in option 1 above.
Cost for 1 or 2 x people (sorry, no pets or kids) from just £199 (for both, not each) for Monday – Fridays only.
All attendees will be able to take away any food they prepare on the course themselves including smoked foods, pizzas and breads etc. We endeavour to use as many of our own home grown polytunnel grown products as we can and at the beginning of the course you’ll be given a guided tour of the polytunnel and may be able to help us pick crops that you can then help freshly prepare (where seasonably possible).
