Tomato Ketchup or ‘Tommy K’ has been around longer than most of us but we wanted to create a version with a slight ‘twist’. So we invented ‘Hot Blooded’ which has a bit of a spicy hit. But then we thought…this would also be good with a Garlic hit for those of us who love a French twist on things!
Our Hot Blooded is so called because, as with all our sauces, this contains some chillies from our Polytunnel here at the Cottage, but no so many as to make this by any means a strong sauce.
Our Hot Blooded ‘Garlic Edition’ is also lusciously thick and smooth and it works so well with grilled burgers or hot dogs, steaks, chicken…or indeed anything you like to splash Tomato Ketchup over normally!
